What this OEM path covers
Category-led cut-and-sew for tees, fleece, hoodies, sets, jackets, bottoms, and related programs — blanks or decorated. Printing and special crafts are confirmed per order against your artwork and fabric.

Send the brief
Share product type, quantity, target market, deadline, and references or a tech pack if you have one. Rough ideas are fine to start.

Feasibility & quotation
We review construction, fabric options, and decoration feasibility, then reply within 12 hours on working days with a practical quotation path.

Lock materials & construction
Confirm fabric, trims, colorways, size chart, and decoration method in writing before sampling starts.

Development sample
Proto / development sampling — typically 15–20 days after details are locked. Sample fees from USD 50.

Fit, revise, approve
Adjust fit and workmanship against your comments. Size-set or corrected samples as needed until you approve the gold sample.

Payment & bulk kickoff
Payment on quotation. Balance and schedule are locked on your quotation after sample approval, before bulk starts.

Cut · sew · finish
In-house bulk production against the approved sample. Standard bulk window 25–35 days after sample confirmation and payment confirmation. MOQ from 30 pcs per style per color.

QC & packing
Inline and final checks against the locked sample — workmanship, measurements, and packing before goods leave.

Ship & reorder
Handover for shipment. Reorders run against locked specs for consistent repeats. Third-party inspection can be scheduled when arranged ahead.

15–20 days · from USD 50 · sample fee deduction on 200+ pcs per style
Typical sampling is 15–20 days. Sample fees start from USD 50 and can be deducted from bulk orders of 200 pieces or more per style — confirm on your quotation. Payment schedule is confirmed on quotation after sample approval.
