Inspection checkpoints & order requirements
In-line checks
- Sewing and decoration checked against the gold sample at line checkpoints — size and workmanship mid-run, not only at the end.
Final inspection
- Finished goods graded against the sealed / gold sample: measurements, workmanship, trims, labels, and packaging per your specs.
Pre-shipment check
- Assortment, carton marks, and packing verified before release. Third-party inspection can be arranged.
Agree your acceptance criteria
- Before production, share your measurement chart, tolerances, artwork placement, label details and packing requirements.
- If your brand requires an AQL inspection, laboratory testing or third-party inspection, ask us to confirm the scope, cost and timing in writing.
Confirm records and issue handling
- Ask which measurement records, inspection photos and reports are available for your order and when you will receive them.
- Agree how deviations will be recorded, reviewed and resolved, including any reinspection required before shipment.
Program notes: Sampling from 1 pc per style (discussed per program). Bulk from 30 pcs per style per color — size mixing OK; ratio at inquiry; special-material minimums before quotation. Bulk 25–35 days after sample confirmation is factory production only (excludes international shipping). Payment on quotation. Sample fees from USD 50 · sample fee deduction on 200+ pcs per style (confirm on quotation).
